Special Days for Meditation — August 2024
New Batch of Saptarishis
The Saptarishis (Seven Rishis) are the main Group of Rishis working under God for the administration of the Cosmos. A new group of Rishis form the group of Saptarishis at the beginning of every Manvantara and the duration of their responsibility is for this entire period (On our Earth, it is about 71 Mahayugas)
About ten years back (our Earth’s time) certain events occurred which incapacitated some of the Rishis and they were unable to continue with their responsibilities, thereby necessitating a new group of Rishis.
The selection and transition of the new group took about 10 years of our Earth’s time and it was in the presence of ParaBrahma during Ashada Masa that this “Initiation” occurred.
A new group of seven Rishis were initiated as the Saptarishis on Guru Purnima Day. Vasishtha Maharshi is the head of this new batch of Saptarishis.

During Ashada Masa, Lord Kalki and Lord Brahma worked on various projects. They also anchored energies relating to the health of humanity and initiated various processes that would bring further awareness about Pralaya to the masses. Their work will also help individuals to adopt, evolve and grow. Many new doorways to the Divine were opened on Guru Purnima day.
On Guru Purnima day, ParaBrahma also taught various important and sacred Spiritual wisdom to Lord Kalki. The Rishis highlighting the importance of this event, compared it to that of Lord Krishna teaching Maharaj Arjuna during the Mahabharatha war, and said that it was a historic day.

Two very important energies were also anchored on Earth during Ashada Masa.
The first one is the energies and Light relating to Self-Love, Self-Acceptance and Self-Assessment. It is very important for us to strengthen these aspects, as they will help us to grow and evolve during the present time.
Consciously work on these aspects. The new energies will help immensely.
The second is the energies and Light relating to the Burning of Dense Karmas— both ancestral and individual.
The Rishis suggest the following technique to take advantage of the new energies and burn our dense karmas—
Face North
Duration- 10 to 15 minutes.
Imagine that you are filled with dark-Purplish-Blue Light. Then send the Light to your karmas and other family related problems. Keep experiencing.
Repeat the mantra “Om Pitru Karmanae Dahanaya Namaha” silently.

The month of August will also be very energetic and strong with the presence of various Divine Personalities on Earth. These are wonderful periods for Meditation. Let us also make efforts to connect to each of the Personalities and spend time learning from them, as well as experiencing them.
We will have a couple of Eclipses in September and October and various projects relating to them will begin during the course of this month.

The Rishis mention that the present period is chaotic and tough. It is the Pralaya processes at work and the dark forces are also very active and able to utilize the ego and negativity present in humanity to their advantage.
They remind us that a Spiritual living and refuge in Light is the best way to go through this period so that you are least affected by all the external occurrences.
Breathe more, connect to Light and experience it as often as you can, and take the help of dark-Blue Light to deal with all the problems and struggles you face.

The Special Days of August are—
9th August — Naga Panchami
Naga Panchami is the day to honour and worship the Snake God and Goddess— Lord Nageshwar and Goddess Nagini.
One of the important works that Lord Nageshwar and Goddess Nagini will do is to spread some important energies to places that generally do not easily accept them.
The snake God Lord Nageshwar is one of the most celebrated Personalities among those with lower energetic vibrations. Utilizing this popularity of His, the Rishis work with Lord Nageshwar whenever possible as reaching these individuals through Him makes it much easier.
They will be assisting Lord Kalki in some new projects. Lord Nageshwar will be working on a lot of cleansing Light and energies so that Lord Kalki can connect and utilize this whenever He wants. They will also be clearing various energy grids and channels on Earth.
The Rishis mention that this year, there will be a revision of energies and Light relating to the Lower Deities and lower energies.
The energies of this day also help in clearing and burning of various family karmas, doshas and more importantly in understanding Maya.
You can connect to Lord Nageshwar and Goddess Nagini with the help of Golden-Green Light and meditate.
16th August — Worship of Devi Mahalakshmi
We will have the presence of Devi Mahalakshmi on Earth for 10 days, from the 16th to 25th of August. We will be able to connect to Her, learn and also experience.
Goddess Mahalakshmi will be anchoring energies to various water bodies— oceans, seas and some rivers. An important characteristic of these water bodies is that they will multiply and radiate what is anchored in them. Hence these bodies of water will be storehouses and radiators of energy and Sound.
During Her presence here, we can place our prayers and Sankalpa to Her. Goddess Mahalakshmi is also known as the Goddess of wealth and abundance. Hence we can pray for these aspects while connecting to Her. Pray for Spiritual wealth, material wealth, the wealth of Wisdom, wealth and abundance of Light and energies, and generally abundance in our attitude to life.
The Rishis also suggests that during these 10 days, you should write down your life’s ambitions, pursuits, and goals. Place it to Her and seek Her blessings and energies for each of them. Also be mindful of balance in all aspects of your life and pray for the same. Finally pray for guidance and directions, and the best way to move forward in life efficiently and effectively.
Connect to Devi Mahalakshmi with the help of Golden-Pink Light and meditate.
19th August — Purnima, Upakarma
This day will be highly energetic and powerful and a wonderful day for Meditation, affirmations, manifesting and refocusing on the balance between the material and spiritual aspects of our life.
Upakarma is the day we reaffirm our commitment towards a righteous living. We can connect directly to the Divine, and connect to the Wisdom, knowledge and energies on offer.
The Rishis and other Personalities like the 2024 Purusha and Shakti will themselves be busy in Tapas and utilizing the occasion and the Light available to rejuvenate and charge themselves for future Higher missions and projects.
Hence prioritize the day for Spiritual pursuits and Sadhana.

We also observe the occasion of Raksha Bandhan on this day. We can pray for the bond with our siblings, and also our parents, animals, nature and anybody else you want to.
Mentally connect to the person you want to bond with and then send bright Golden-Purple Light to them. Keep experiencing the bond between you both.
25th August — Amara Maharshi Punyathiti
We will have the presence of Maharshi Amara on Earth for three days— the 25th to 27th August. We will all be able to connect to his Light and energies and also experience him.
Many are very emotionally attached to him. We can connect to these dimensions as well and experience him.
During his stay here, Maharshi Amara will be working at the root levels to deal with emotional health, emotional energies, connections and the balance in the spiritual and material aspects of humanity.
He will conduct many works to cleanse and heal the Vignanamaya Kosha (Intellect) and Manomaya Kosha (Mind) and various energies relating to this will be anchored on Earth.
He will also be working on the health and safety of individuals being affected by wars and other atrocities on Earth, and also to enhance the abundance of joy and prosperity, and our evolution.
We will also have an Astral travel to Andromeda Galaxy on the night of the 25th.

Practice the following technique from the 25th to 27th, to connect to Maharshi Amara and experience him—
Face North
Duration— 1 to 3 hours
Begin with 7 rounds of Pranayama with light-Blue Light
Express your love, Light, sentiments and gratitude to Maharshi Amara. You can also place your prayers and Sankalpa to him.
Be mentally open to receiving— this could be answers, guidance, energies…
Imagine light-Blue Light and Green Light coming from Maharshi Amara and allow this to fill your entire body. Experience for some time.
Then extend the Light to your Vignanamaya Kosha and Manomaya Kosha (Intellect and Mind). Imagine these Koshas absorbing the Light and shining with it.
Then send the Light to your prayers, Sankalapa and the remaining period of this year. Imagine all these absorbing the Light and getting engulfed by it. Keep experiencing.
Repeat the mantra “Om Antarayai, Amara Jyotiyai Namaha” silently.
26th August — Krishna Janmashtami
We will have the presence of Lord Krishna on Earth for 10 days. He will descend to Earth on the night of 26th and be available to humanity from the morning of 27th.
It will be a wonderful period to connect to Lord Krishna and experience Him. We can connect to various qualities of His and experience them.
The Rishis mention that Lord Krishna’s presence this year is crucial and very important. He will be imparting knowledge and various important revelations. They will contain eye-opening Truths about the upcoming years and period.
Lord Krishna is expected to anchor some new “mystical energies” during his visit to Earth. These are some very new energies ever to be brought to Earth.
Vasishitha Maharshi, Markandeya Maharshi and Kripacharya Maharshi will be assisting Lord Kalki and Lord Krishna throughout these ten days in various projects that include healing, presence and growth of Maya in our Material Cosmos and more knowledge about Satya Yuga.
Lord Krishna’s energies will enhance the Maya (illusion) in Earth which will help in various projects being accomplished properly.
The Pitru Devatas will also be learning various new aspects and absorbing certain energies required for their work from Lord Krishna during his stay here.
We can connect to Lord Krishna with the help of dark-Blue Light and experience Him.
