Special Days for Meditation — April 2025
This year, the energies are making the transition quite personal to all individuals. Numerous changes are occurring all over the world, and they impact each individual in various ways.
The world mirrors our internal state. The more we introspect, the more we understand the areas within that need to be rectified or healed. The more we can do this, the less affected we are by the chaos outside.
The Rishis mention that one of the best ways to deal with this ambiguity is to experience Peace within. Imagine Golden Light within you and that it is radiating with Peace. Keep connecting to this and experience.
Additionally, practice the technique of Embracing and Accepting (which was published in the March article)

The March Eclipses were important. With respect to individuals, the Lunar Eclipse was primarily about cleansing. The Rishis were involved in various aspects of this, and the cleansing happened at the highest Astral level. The Solar Eclipse was about energizing and becoming stronger within.
The Rishis highlighted various issues to each individual that they are facing— lack of mental and physical fitness, anxiety, fear, stress and other health issues due to their lifestyle. They educated us about the lack of acceptance and love within, and our stubbornness and impatience in life.
The Rishis have asked all to work on their shortcomings and to work on having clarity in life. Clarity and direction will help the individual immensely and aid them in overcoming their weaknesses.

This month is a beautiful period for working on our prayers and Sankalpa. A clear and strong intention behind the affirmations and the subsequent efforts to manifest them will yield excellent results. Taking the help of Light and journaling regularly will complement the entire process.
This is also a good time to prioritize your health. Be mindful of your food habits and be regular with your exercises. Then, in parallel, focus on your mental health as well. Be more accepting and patient with people and circumstances in life as well. Learn to balance where to give your attention and where to ignore.
When there is a lot to do, centre yourself in the Universe and be open to receiving. This could be help, guidance, or answers. They will help you deal with any issues and hurdles in a spiritual manner.
Educate yourself on the importance of connecting to the Divine and connecting to yourself with love, patience, and an abundance of forgiveness. Work on taking the help of Light as much as possible. These steps will help you navigate any turbulent period or challenges.
Various occasions throughout the month offer wonderful energies that will help strengthen your Spirituality. Make the best use of the opportunities.
