Special Days for Meditation — October 2022

On the first of the month, Devi Adi Shakti invoked a special Purusha from Devi Loka. This Purusha referred to as Dasha Kumara Maharaj, is from Devi Loka and has been invited to our Earth to specially take care of the Eclipse energies.

Dasha Kumara Maharaj gets his name due to his special features—  he possesses ten unique Powers, ten unique Characteristics, and ten Divine qualities. He has an appearance of a very aged personality and has complete and practical knowledge of how Pralaya works and in dealing with humanity. We can all connect to Him throughout the month.

The October Eclipse is named the Phoenix Eclipse by the Rishis as the events, situations and energies relating to the Eclipse will all be birthed from the existing Pralaya Energies.

Dasha Kumara Maharaj will monitor and then spread the Eclipse energies throughout the Earth. He will anchor more of it where there is a lot of resistance. This entire period will be a very strong and important time for Sadhana.

The Special days of October—

9th Oct— Purnima

This is a wonderful day to strengthen our Prayers and Sankalpas. The energies help us balance our spiritual and material aspects of life, and in strengthening many of our decisions and organising our life.

This Purnima, the Rishis will work with the other planets of our Solar System. Many energies relating to our Earth and Pralaya will be released through the planets. We will also begin to feel the stronger energies of the Solar Eclipse from this day.

Practice the following technique on the occasion of Purnima—
Face North
Duration— 1 hour

Begin with 7 rounds of Pranayama with light-Blue Light

Pray to Chandra Deva (Moon God) for his blessing and solutions to your prayers.

Then, imagine bright Goldenish-Blue Light coming from Chandra Deva and allow it to fill your entire physical body. Experience (15mins)

Then extend the same Light to your prayers, Sankalpa and for balancing your material and spiritual aspects of life. Experience (15-30mins)

Then extend bright Bluish-Green Light to your mental health and peace, and keep experiencing the Light. (15-30mins)

Repeat the mantra “Om Nimishaya Purnima Shaktiyai, Prasiddha Brahmaya Namaha” silently.

24th Oct— Naraka Chaturdashi
25th Oct— Amavasya/Diwali
26th Oct— Bali Padyami

The tradition of the festival of Diwali began in the times of Lord Rama when the people of Ayodhya celebrated His return after killing Ravana and rescuing Sita. The people decorated the entire city with lamps and celebrated this joyous occasion by bursting crackers.

The tradition of the festival continues even now where the festival of lights is celebrated across India. People greet their relatives and friends, share sweets, decorate their houses with soft glowing lamps and burst fire crackers. The new moon day is the day of the return of Lord Rama to Ayodhya.

The preceding day is known as Naraka Chaturdashi. This was the day when the evil rakshasa, Narakasura was killed by Lord Krishna. The victory of God’s Light over the darkness of the demon is celebrated on this day.

The day following the New Moon day is known as Bali Padyami. It commemorates the defeat of the demon king Bali at the hands of Vamana, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu.

These three occasions are symbolic of the victory of Light over darkness and hence also known as the festival of Lights. This is the occasion when energies are available to remove the darkness present within us and replace it with God’s Light and purity.

••      ••       ••

This year, Diwali will be fully influenced by the Eclipse energies and the new energies that will be anchored by Dasha Kumara Maharaj. The three days will be heavy and intense. Connecting to, experiencing and absorbing the energies will help each individual immensely.

Each festival is usually an occasion for families to gather and for holidaying. The Rishis advice that this year, try your best to be at home in your respective place, and focus on the Spiritual aspects of the occasion.

During the Meditation, along with your prayers and Sankalpa, connect to the Pralaya period and to the Pralaya energies. Pray for positive changes and make affirmations towards growth and transformation.

25th Oct— Solar Eclipse 2:28pm to 6:32pm IST
                                     [08:58 to 13:02 GMT/UT]

As mentioned above, this Eclipse is known as the Phoneix Eclipse. The Eclipse energies will be birthed new and stronger from the present Pralaya energies, negativities and the toughness present across the Earth.

The energies will aid in a lot of cleansing, and in burning of our karmas, runas and shortcomings.

Dasha Kumara Maharaj will be in charge of the whole process and he will supervise and direct specific ways in which the energies are anchored.

Try your best to mediate throughout the eclipse period and the opportunities provided by the Divine.
