We chatted for 2 hrs without doing the gratitude focus 😂 but I did feel alot of gratitude chatting with you guys so that counts💗 I will make sure to do the gratitude focus before chatting next time.

I know things can seem very divided and tense in the world, it’s a part of growing. I believe what we are experiencing in the world is so needed- hurt, suffering, judgement of one another can only change when we take responsibility for how divided we have become and what our deeper unconscious beliefs are, alot of the world has been on autopilot too busy to see the pain, too busy to listen and too busy to take responsibility. 

The world/Humanity is literally chanting it “can’t breathe” -Spirit is Life, Breath is Life. Spirit/Life will overcome any division because it is its nature. Humanity is ONE Being that has been unknowingly destructing it’s ownself for centuries due to the fall into form,  but every several thousand years, Humanity remembers that we are more powerful then we once thought and instead of just a handful of Souls every couple hundred years reaching enlightenment and receiving the keys to the kingdom within or entering “the new age”  spiral ascent…. many are. and in large numbers. And this is the beginning of that time (in terms of cycles.)

Change can manifest more easily when we are extra aware of our words, what seeds we are planting in the subconscious intelligence and what we are choosing to believe. It’s such a powerful time, watching people rise up and remember who they truly are🙏 We are slowly moving more into the Heart, overcoming the competitive Spirit of one against another… there’s no competition, envy, hatred, resentment or ill-will on the Spiritual plane.
