‘Obama/Bush/Trump Lied Repeatedly About Afghan War– Documents Reveal’ – The Jimmy Dore Show – Dec 11, 2019

I’m grateful to Jimmy Dore for highlighting these important revelations published recently by The Washington Post on the US led war and occupation of Afghanistan (the so called ‘War on Terror’), in a series of articles from Dec 9, 2019, under the over-arching title: ‘The Afghanistan Papers’.

There is not much MSM (mainstream news media) coverage yet with the distraction/drama of the ongoing Impeachment Hearings. As Jimmy clarifies, there has been some reporting in some of the Newspapers, notably The Philadelphia Inquirer (I couldn’t locate the story on their online edition), The Guardian (the online edition had it buried deep under many stories with the dominant coverage been the UK elections) and the Business Insider.

I will be delighted if this information is given the importance it deserves and is shown on all the major network TV channels (if they are permitted to do so). I see that it has been mentioned by MSNBC’s Chris Hayes and Fox News a few days ago.
